We’d love to see you at our FREE virtual CPD event, Bupa Learning Lounge – open to all members of the dental team whether you work at Bupa or not!

This online event covers a range of CPD topics (Including some CORE GDC recommend subjects) – and we welcome the entire team dentists, hygienists, therapists, nurses, practice managers, receptionists, and labs.

This free virtual event will take place from 9am until 12.30 pm on Saturday 10th May 2025.

There is nothing to download, although the webinars are best watched on a laptop or computer.

The event is hosted by Bupa Dental Care and you will have the opportunity to hear from a range of guest speakers, all of whom are experts in their respective fields. Following each live webinar you will need to complete a feedback form which will then award your 1 hour CPD per webinar.

With our flexible timetable you can attend three different sessions of your choice and gain three free hours of verifiable CPD. Registration is quick, free, and confidential. Be quick, registration will close at 17:00 09/05/2025

Following registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the email you used to sign up, this will have instructions for the event on the day along with our handy user guide to help you around the site.

Dementia awareness and making your practice more dementia friendly

This short course looks at what dementia is and considers the modifications needed in the dental environment to aid the treatment of patients living with dementia, their families and carers.   • Tips on how to treat people living with dementia including modification of the practice environment and patient management
